Salutations!!! I am trying to implement a dialup feature in my application. When this application is first executed on a Palm device, it is suppose to create a new connection and network entry automatically for the user. Normally, this is done manually by the user through Preferences => Connections and Preferences => Network on the Palm device itself.
I am using the Connection Manager and Net Lib but I cannot find any functions to save the new settings to the database. Am I overlooking something...? I checked through the Knowledge base and this forum but there were no clear hints. There is something in Palm Companion about attaching the network interface when Net Lib is closed. It will then save the interface in preferences and use them when Net Lib starts up again. Could this be it? There is no further info on this. Please advise.
