Hi.  There's a new version of PilrcEdit available.  If you don't know,
it is a Java based, GPL'd graphical editor for PilRC .rcp files.

In this release I've added Bitmap support so you can edit the ICON and
BITMAP resources and colour support so you can see what the .rcp looks
like at various colour depths.  I've also done a fairly big rework of
the code, removing all the string constants to allow multiple language
support for the application (although I don't know any other languages
so English is the only one included :) )

Finally I've registered at SourceForge so there are now a couple of
mailing lists available to sign up for if you want to know when new
releases come out.  The details are on the PilrcEdit page.
