This must have been documented already....several things:
a) get the latest debugger update; should be available through Metrowerks
site (I got it form FTP) and the exact URL is somewhere in the history of
this list
b) even without it, what you see can be caused by two things:
- sometimes the emulator needs to be "pushed" after you start debugging;
that is, just go to it and tap on the "Home" button (that is, click on its
image) and the debugger will launch
- another thing that gets resolved by the new debugger DLLs is the same
behavior, but the previous suggestion doesn't help; in that case, go to the
"Palm" menu in CW and choose the only command from it "Show window" (or
something like that); a new console window will appear; hit ENTER several
times; if nothing happens try the previous suggestion finally; this usually
does it for me.
Feeling like unofficial MW support unit here ;-)
Cheers,
Bobby

Subject: CodeWarrior Debug Window not coming up
Hi,
I'm running CW 6 on Win2K, and I'm trying to bring up a debug session with
POSE. Everything appears to be fine up to, and including, bringing up the
app in POSE. However, the Debug window (with the watches and more) do not
appear. Does anyone have any insight as towards why this is occurring?
