The Palm docs talk about using CategoryInitialize function when a database is created to initialize the AppInfoType structure for storing category names.
HOWEVER... When looking at the ToDo and Memo pad source code, they don't seem to use this method at all. How can they get away with doing it that way? Which way SHOULD it be done?
