I never had any installation support issues (ie, installation of
PalmOS apps, for the most part, is pretty easy).
Besides the cross-platform issues w/ .exe installers, given that most
PalmOS app distributions are only a few 10s of KB in size, a .exe
installer is likely to greatly increase the distribution, thus
increasing download times.
