I know this is slightly OT, but I assume a lot of people here are going to PalmSource.
On Palm's website, they list ETMI as a travel agency to make reservations through. However, upon calling them, I found them to be relatively uninformed about the conference. They were unaware that they were providing air travel arrangements (let alone discounted ones) and they were misinformed about the conference dates (they kept telling me it ends 12/14 instead of 12/15). Additionally they will not let you make reservations for a flight back on the 16th (I assume the conference goes late on the 15th, so making it to San Jose will be problematic). Finally, they only have 2 of the recommended hotels on their list, so you can't book the other ones through them...
