Actually that may not prove liable.  The Knowledge Base usually has the
answers but only if you can get into it.  I've been trying to access
information regarding my question for the past two days but I always get
errors on the links to the info I need after running a search on the
Knowledge Base.  I know the answers I need are there, but I can't get at
them, which is why I asked my question.  If anyone cares to take a crack at
it, it's subject line is "Exporting Errors" ...Thanks.
