I think the people that need a PDA as a tool are still there. Groups that are flocking to the new smartphones are looking for something different. These are two (or more) different markets. I believe that Palm/ACCESS has the right idea and approach for the market that I want to develop for. The trick is to keep the simplicity, take advantage of the power and make it look good while still making the best tool for the job at hand.
