Program to reset the Digitizer Location to default

My Palm V, screen positioning is out of calibration which prevent me to access
the "Category Digitizer" or "Perfs" (Preference)  application.
It would be a very kind of you to send me a small palm application that can
reset the screen positioning to default.
 I think that this is the opportunity to improve system application
"Perfs" which hard to get to Digitizer function when we are much out of
calibration.
