your options are 1. replace the silk plugin (ARM native lib) 2. write your own silk plugin (ARM native lib) 3. Replace onscreen writing extension (ARM native extension) 4. patchEvetGEtEvent (still slow, native ARM code) 5. use sysNotifyEventDequeuedEvent like a rule-observing 68k developer 6. give up
