You would not be able to go directly to a generic POP3 or SMTP server. It
would be fairly straightforward to setup a webserver that indirectly lets
Palm VII users view their email (sort of like how Hotmail works). You can
find information on writing PQAs and on the low level INetLib API in the SDK
and in the Knowledge Base at www.palmos.com.
