Did you install 3.5 update 1? The problem you are seeing existed in
older versions of constructor but was fixed in the latest (1.5b7) which
is included in the update. It's available on palmos.com in the SDK
download area.
Go to: http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/tools/
and click on the 3.5 SDK link, and you'll eventually (after a click-wrap
agreement page) be at the page with the 3.5 update 1 link.
