You need an application to change it over from a level 1 to a level 0
using Tom Zerucha's application, located here:
1 to 0 conversion utility
www.execpc.com/~tz
Load it into the application loader, hotsync, and your app should
call this function:
SndPlaySmf (void* chanP, SndSmfCmdEnum cmd,
UInt8* smfP, SndSmfOptionsType* selP,
SndSmfChanRangeType* chanRangeP,
SndSmfCallbacksType* callbacksP, Boolean bNoWait)
