I saw this a while back when I had one of our C programmers writing some
apps for palm testing a few weeks back. It would crash at seemingly random
intervals and couldn't read the memory registers. We tried the same thing
on an NT machine and it worked fine. I don't know if its in any way related
but might be worth considering. Do you have the latest Win2000 service
pack? Sorry I can't be more helpful.
