Palm OS Reference, page 170:
ControlType *CtlNewControl (void **formPP,
UInt16 ID, ControlStyleType style,
const Char *textP, Coord x, Coord y, Coord width,
Coord height, FontID font, UInt8 group,
Boolean leftAnchor)
You will also have to use CtlShowControl afterward to
display your control.
