New VII & INetLib?

So, here I sit. I can't download the OS/3.5 VII ROM because Palm doesn't
believe I'm in the US (despite working reverse DNS, etc). The new VIIs
were finally released, but don't mention in the dev specs whether they
still use INetLib or not. So...can anyone answer the question while I
figure out how to get Palm to mail me the ROMS or some such?
