Now, Brian... Maybe he has a deadline to meet or maybe he's been beating his
head against the wall to come up with the ideas he outlined. I admit,
"urgent" in all caps with four exclamation points is a bit excessive, but
why not give him a break? (Of course, if everybody started using such
methods, we would soon all have to tune them out. So, for anybody
listening: We're here to help each other and to learn from each other, so
it isn't necessary to shout. Try to solve your problem on your own, read
the manuals, read the FAQ's, search through the knowledge base, then ask if
you need help. Somebody probably knows how to help.)
