New Euro Mail Application?

Extract from the developer details on m100:

'The European device running the EFIGS ROM will come bundled with a new mail 
application designed to connect via a cell phone.'

Does anyone know if there are any further details on this new mail app? Any place to 
download it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
