I have been using CW Version 5 for a while and all was well.....
I then upgraded to Version 6 and THOUGHT that all was well UNTIL
I tried to add a control using the constructor, and tried to access the
control by referencing the #define that the constructor USED to
put into the AppNameRsc.h file.... BUT IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE!
Apparently the #define is NOW put in a file called "AppName_res.h"
which is NOT by default included by the files generated by CW.
Am I supposed to include this by myself? Or is my installation somehow
screwed up?
