You can set the name of the Constructor header file in the Constructor
project file at the bottom of the main window. There is a checkbox for Auto
Generate Header which, when checked will let you fill in whatever you want
for a Header file name. Or, you could change your #define to include
AppName_res.h instead. Whichever you choose, it would be good to have those
two names match.
