I'm curious how overclocking (afterburner, etc..) affects battery life when the unit is turned off (sleep). Scenario: I have afterburner running which overclocks my device to 23MHz when I'm in Avantgo. I have it set to normal for everything else. When I turn off the device while in Avantgo, and at a faster speed, will that drain batteries faster in the off state than if I were in another app, running at normal speed? I guess I'm curious about what state the processor gets put into while in the off state. -- Brian Mathis Direct Edge http://www.directedge.com -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/support/forums/
