I believe so. SysKeyboardDialog(kbdNumbersAndPunc); should do it.
(Although you may want to just make your own for usability sake...I
make 'em all the time, since people don't like to have to hunt and
peck, and don't need the punctuation keys, and you can make ones that
look alot nicer and more professional, too)
