Memory restrictions in Palm OS 2.0

hi,

      i already searched all the documents in palm site. what i want to know is very 
simple:

       i know that palm os 2 has a restriction of 64k to the creation of a object in 
the heap. what i want to know is: can a program have multiple variables of 64k each or 
i only have 64k to all my variables?
