Bar Code scanning in 3.5 SDK.

Hi,
I have transferred my c code for bar code scanning from previous application
to 3.5 SDK
And it doesn't recognize ScanMgr libraries.
I wonder if anyone knows how to make scanning to work for 3.5SDK?
