At least I must have learned something doing it the hard way.
There is a typo in the O'Reilly book that says "StrLstPtr" instead of
"StrListPtr" on page 114 around the middle. That had thrown me for
a while and I had gone the long route. I know, I know, it says it right
everywhere else.
