I had this happen. Drove me nuts. I checked paths and setups all the
logical things.
It turns out that in Stationary from my experience it gives you the bare
bones of Project. You need to add the resouce to your project. The resource
is listed and you can click on it and open Constructor and save it but it
is not included in the project. I had to add it. Once I did that it ran
great with no problems. Hope this helps.
