SrmSetWakeupHandler is ok but where would you set this up? It's fine if your
application will always be running, but what if the user wants to run up
memopad, tetrix, address book or whatever?
SrmSetWakeupHandler looks ok for things like virtual serial drivers where
you don't want to poll the rx port for data. Again though, you are left with
the problem of needing some low level code that is running in the
background. 
The crypto virtual driver example is brilliant example of what it is. But
you still need to have some application above it that sets it up/closes it
down etc.
