This is a known bug, it has been posted before.
The fix can be found on:

Log in with the following:
user account: palm
user password: p1l0t (PILOT with a 1 instead of an I and a 0 instead of an
o)
This debugger plugin will fix the "can't debug twice on Win2000" problem.
