I don't know that you'll get DTMF from a "stock" Palm device. This is from the Palm
Programmers Companion, page 199 (Print Date 3/00):
" The sound hardware can play only one simple tone at a time through an onboard
piezoelectric speaker ."
Of course, 3rd party devices (read "TRG Pro") are another story.

There's also a free (under the GNU GPL) program out there called
FoneHome and a hack which allows you to dial by stroking from one soft
button to another called Dial Hack. Guess where to get them :-)
