CW syntax hilighting...

Normally when I start a project for OS/3.5 in CW, all Palm functions get
hilighted in light blue. However, I just started a new one and that
hilight isn't happening. What am I missing? I'm using a prefix file for
precompiled OS/3.5 headers.
