The library is called "IrDA Library". It's a shared library that's in most
Palm OS ROMs. It gets installed (i.e. it's dispatch table gets setup) on
reset. You won't find it on your desktop, but you will find IrLib.h in the
Palm OS SDK. Note that to do beaming (i.e. IrOBEX), you want to use the
Exchange Manager rather than the IrDA Library. Read the documentation for
details on the Exchange Manager and the IrDA Library. Sample code that uses
each is available.
