Any differences in TRG Pro hardware

I have two people who are reporting a problem with one of my 
applications.  Both are using TRG Pro.  I have far too many people
using the app that do not have the problem, to believe there is any 
basic generic problem.  Only two TRG Pro people report any problems.

I was just wondering if there are differences between TRG Pro and 
other devices.
