The registry key 'BDWM' cannot be found.

Hi,

I have read the article regarding above bug, but nothing helped.
My application consists of three segments: 36k, 24k and 22k.
"Host TCP/IP" and "Use TCP/IP sockets" are checked.
Constructor is off.
What could be the problem?
