It's been previously stated that the source code for the new NotePad
application will not be released to the developer community at this time.
Question: can we get access to the record structure of the database?
There are hundreds of appliations which write to the MemoPad, and which
might like to write instead to the NotePad (if it is present), or offer
users that option, but of course, without the record structure we're left
with hundreds of developers attempting to reverse engineer the record
structure, some doing so incorrectly, etc., etc. Publishing the record
format would be a HIGHLY desirable thing IMHO.
