You need to write a "Rez" resource file. It can be compiled
into a resource w/ CW, but first you have to associate the
".rez" extension w/ the proper module (and I forget what
that is). Documentation on the "Rez" resource file format can
be found somewhere on the apple web site. Try searching the
archives for "Rez" to get the details that I don't recall right now.
(... and maybe somebody at Palm should put the
Rez docs on the Palm web site ...)
