I'm reading through the API documentation and it seems pretty covoluted
to generated a Random Number.
For some reason I think this should be easier than described.
The API documentation said something about it returning a number between
0 and (some paramter) that is platform dependant. I'm working on a PC.
Does it return a number between 0 and 1?
If anyone has a code snippet, that would be great.
