Almost. You need a cardno/localid which you can get from
DmFindDatabase on the name, then send that as a packet when you launch
clipper (which is documented, and example code is in ZBoxZ,
palmboxer.sourceforge.net - the PQAnywhere application).
You may also be able to do this by specifying the pqa name in a URL,
so you would pass that reformatted string, but I've not done this.
