Maximum size of an application ?

Hi everybody,
    I am getting the following error while loading my application on the
emulator---
    "Application size increased 64K.(0x0201) "dmErrMemError"

    I am developing the application using CW Lite Release 6.(Single Segment)
I want to know exactly what is the maximum size of the app.
