DmFindResource, DmGetResource, and DmGet1Resource should all return some
kind of error condition if the specified resource doesn't exist. Note that
resources are identified by a type and an ID (and a database, but that's
usually implicitly the currently open database(s)). There can be several
resources with the same ID in a resource database, as long as they have
different types.
Forms are resources with type 'tFRM'. Alerts have type 'Talt'.
