Network waits can be event driven as well. I have a scrolling ticker that
keeps moving along and being updated while packets are being sent and
received. Try having a look at the INetLow example files for event driven
networking on the Palm. I am using a Palm VII for my network comms, but if
you know which events you are looking for, it should be the same in a serial
environment.
