Thanks, that's a good idea, Michael.
I also heard of someone to attached to the LstSetDrawFunction, so he'd
update the scrollbar on the fly as he was drawing the individual list
lines. Ugly too, as it adds an undue burden on the programmer.
I still think that the list API is broken without the ability to turn the
arrows off. Anybody else figured out alternatives?
