Look at AquaPak (http://www.aquapac.co.uk/homeframe.html).  They have a whole line of 
waterproof cases as you exactly described.  A
lot of our customer have used this for their own field use to keep their Palms and 
attachments working fine in the outdoors.  Also,
you can use the graffiti strokes with some of their clears faced bags.
