The main differences are:
a) The Lite version is free and the professional version costs about $500.
b) Apps you build with the Lite version display a splash screen with a
message like "Developed with CodeWarrior Lite".
c) The light version can not handle multiple segments, so that limits your
program's size.

Yes.
