I got the link straight from Palm's site.  I also got the message:

"We're sorry, you cannot access URL directly. It appears that you have tried
to
jump to this page. You must get here by going to the main SDK page and
clicking
'I agree' to the agreement and download from there."

and I did NOT jump to the page, I went to Palm first and simply followed
their link/s.

I posted my original to several groups in the hope of saving others the
trouble and frustration that trying to chase down a link problem that is
clearly not their fault.  Actually, I should have posted to all of the
groups but picked the most active.

However, some has since fixed the problem.  It would have been nice had they
acknowledged the problem and told of fixing it.  Several of us had tried
going to the link and found it inoperative so, it was verified by not just
one.

The admonition to put www in front of the url should go to Palm.   Even
doing so, it still would not work as one must not go their indirectly.  I
said that I had not.

Moot points all now that someone has fixed the problem.
