Ms Tufts of Metrowerks pointed out to me that browser coloring needs to
be activated in two places:
1) IDE Prefereces->Editor->BrowserDisplay (Activate Browser Coloring)
2) <Project>Settings->Target->BuildExtras (Activate Browswer)
