Have you deleted your preferences?  Go inside your C:\Windows (WinNT)
folder.  Inside there you will see a Metrowerks folder.  Make sure that
Constructor and the IDE are closed, and delete that folder.  This Metrowerks
folder will rebuild when you open the IDE or Constructor again.
