Problem with Codewarrior Debugger on Win2k

I recently upgraded from NT4.0 to Win2k.  Since then my Codewarrior debugger
has been screwed up.  I can debug an application once, but if I try to run
the debugger a second time it hangs.  It's like it's not recognizing the
breakpoint and just stopping at that location.  Anything I'm missing here?
I even reinstalled codewarrior.  I am using the OS 3.5 update.
