Try going into your \winnt\metrowerks directory and delete the:
Constructor for Palm OS Prefs
resource.frk\Constructor for Palm OS Prefs
... files. I went months having to run Constructor in a VMware virtual
machine because of that error. (Uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't
seem to fix the problem.)
