I think there are a couple of things that will cause that. I found that
most of the time the debug ROM's would pick up the problem on the emulator.
The last time I had the problem I had inadvertently included a reference to
a global in the generic part of the startup code and this code runs during a
reset but can't access globals - that's a fairly fluffy explanation but I'm
sure Aaron will tighten up the details later :-)
