The Launcher uses the icon with id=1000 (or 1001 for the list icon). So
changing the id won't work. You have to open the icon editor by
double-clicking the name of the icon in Constructor. Then edit or paste in
the new icon and save that. The knowledge base has an article on icons,
icon sizes, using color icons, etc.
